Welcome! My name is Shaylyn and I’m a registered AMFT providing virtual therapy services for Individuals. Although I am based out of southern California, I am currently providing services virtually.

We all come from different cultures, backgrounds & walks of life. Many of these factors include stigma related to mental health which can make seeking help and finding the “right fit” feel overwhelming at times. Whatever brings you to therapy, you have already overcome the hardest part of starting, and I look forward to being a part of the journey with you.
